as you create your consciousness to be, you experience your Self by creating levels, different frequencies of consciousness, from nonphysical to physical, a variety of different levels, of frequency of expression.

And we have talked about the idea that many of you, many of you believe or have believed for quite some time, that as a physical consciousness, you have other levels of consciousness beneath that level.

You have the subconscious and unconscious, and you talk about these levels, as if they are in a sense deeper below you. But they are not. They are above you.

Physical consciousness is the lowest level.

So, when you go searching into your subconscious and unconscious mind, for the answers you know are there, you’re actually needing to raise your frequency.

We have discussed this. It is not actually about going lower.

However, in your physical reality, because you have this definition that your physical consciousness is paramount, and   the Lord of All it surveys and in control of everything, and that your subconscious mind and unconscious mind are these unfathomable things somewhere beneath the level of your conscious mind.

You have created the shadow reflections of these ideas in your physical reality.

And it is the shadow reflections that you look to, when you look down to these things, and go down in vibration to deal with the sub- and unconscious mind.

But they are only ghosts. They are only shadows. They are only illusions.

The subconscious and unconscious mind are higher in frequency, because they are closer to the level of the All Knowing You, the Higher Mind, that has, in a sense broken Itself down into the game board on which you’re playing, and the game pieces that you are.
潛意識和無意識是較高(而非較低)的振頻，因為它們更接近那「全知的你」，你的高我(較高心智)。就某意義的角度面來說，你的高我已將自己分解成「你正在遊戲的遊戲平台」，以及正在玩此遊戲中的一個分子的「你」。

The collective consciousness in that sense that determines the collective agreement of the rules you will play by, in the game of physical reality on your planet of Earth.

This is all being step down to the level of the physical mind, which essentially is really nothing more than the idea of a diving mask to allow you to see clearly in the depths of the physical reality you are exploring.

That it’s true and only job. The ego structure is a diving mask to allow you to experience physical reality. But everything else is above you. There is nothing below you.

And so when you go looking for the answers that exist to your questions, they do reside within you, but they reside in the direction of UP, not DOWN.
因此，當你想在「你頭腦意識外的領域」(潛意識或無意識)裡找尋對應你問題的答案時，答案其實就在你身邊。但它們存在你頭腦意識之上，而非之下的領域。

Your subconscious and unconscious are really higher conscious levels.
你們的潛意識和無意識(自動產生的集體意識)確實是「比頭腦更高」的意識層次。

Don’t define them as being below or beneath you, or some mysterious compartment locked away in the depths of your psyche.
不要將它們定義為更低或在你之下的意識，或認為它們是深鎖在你心靈深處的神祕密室。

Rise to the occasion of discovering Who You Are, by raising your frequency and exploring upward.
藉由提升你的振頻並朝向你更高意識層面的探索，讓自己向上提升至「發覺你真正是誰」的盛典時機。

Again, the answers are all found going toward the light, not down into darkness, not down into shadows.
再次提醒你們，答案只會在「向上提升意識的光明處」找到，不會在意識低落的黑暗處，不會在振頻向下的陰影處找到。
