聽神談【關於「天堂」和「地獄」】
一旦你通過死亡的第一階段並意識到你不再與身體同行，你會進入第二階段並體驗到自己被審判——正如你所想像的——審判的結果也會完全如你所想像的。
當你死亡時如果認為你會上天堂，你會立刻擁有那個經驗，而如果你認為你會下地獄，你也會立刻擁有那個經驗。
天堂會是「完全如你所想像」的天堂模樣，地獄也是。如果你對具體的模樣毫無概念，你會當場把它們編造出來。然後，這些地方會立刻被創造出來。
你可以停留在這些體驗裡想要多久就多久。
尼爾：那麼，我有可能下地獄囉？
讓我們說清楚。地獄是不存在的。根本沒有這種地方(There simply is no such place.)。所以沒有這樣的地方可以讓你去。
但是……如果你選擇如此，或者相信這是你「應得」的，你可不可以為自己創造出一個私人的「地獄」呢？ 答案是可以。所以，你就把自己送到「地獄」去，而這個「地獄」會完全如你所想像的樣子，或是你覺得它應該是的模樣——但你可隨時選擇離開，並且你會一刻也不多留地立即離開。

As soon as you move through state one of death and realize that you are no longer living with a body, you will move into stage two and will experience yourself being judged, just exactly as you imagined you would be, and the judgment will turn out just exactly as you imagined that it would.
If you died thinking that you deserve heaven, you will immediately experience that, and if you think that you deserve hell, you will immediately experience that.
Heaven will be exactly as you imagined it would be, as will hell. If you have no idea about the specifics of either, you will make them up right on the spot. Then, these places will be created for you that way, instantly.
You will remain in these experiences as long as you wish.
Neale: Well, then, I can find myself in hell!
Let me be clear. Hell does not exist. There simply is no such place. Therefore, there is no such place for you to go.
Now…can you CREATE a personal "hell" for yourself if you choose to, or if you believe this is what you "deserve"? Yes. So you can send your self to "hell," and that "hell" will turn out to be exactly as you imagine or feel a need for it to be--but you will not stay there for one moment longer than you choose to.
